Armonia Villas

Tucked away between the olive trees, just 500 metres from Stoupa crossroads (bakery) and in a quiet area on the edge of the little village of Lefktro, you will find ‘Armonia Villas’ .Built from the local sand-colour stone with tiled roof, the villas blend lovingly into the village and surrounding environment, adjacent to a quiet little road – only used by people going to Lefktro.

Armonia Villas’ comprises two spacious villas – each self-contained and with exclusive balcony, outside area / gardens and parking. Internally, the main living areas have open, high ceilings with wood beams. Armonia 1 has one bedroom, Armonia 2 has two bedrooms – all with new (2018) luxury mattresses

Each villa has a well-fitted kitchen allowing full self-catering, together with other modern essential facilities, including air-conditioning in all rooms and WiFi. Both villas have access for wheelchairs. A washing machine is provided for the use of both villas, situated in a communal area under one of the balconies.

Both villa balconies allow privacy with shelter from the heat of the sun and look west across the rural greenery through which you can see the sea and sunset from afar. BBQ equipment is available too.

In front of the villas beneath the bridge is a small stream, dry in the most part and only rarely with running water after periods of very heavy rain. There is a lot of wild vegetation in the streambed.

Beaufort Apartment

Beaufort Apartment is newly renovated for 2019 and after a period of non-use is now available for short vacation let. It is located on the southern edge of the village of Stoupa on the lower terrace slopes of Beaufort Hill, surrounded by olive groves and a short distance from the sea, with a westward view from the balcony across the Gulf of Messinia.

Beaufort Apartment is built on the side of the main residence of the owner, but is fully self-contained with private parking and entrance. The property sleeps up to 5 persons, comprising 2 double bedrooms plus an attic level bedroom space. New mattresses for comfort sleep are provided, plus plenty of wardrobe space. Each bedroom has an air condition unit.

The kitchenette features an electric oven and hob, with large fridge / freezer and work tops with above and below cupboard space. This merges with the open living area with lounge seating and dining table. A 32 inch smart TV is provided. The living area opens directly onto the X square meters balcony.

The bathroom / WC features a walk-in shower area, plus sink with storage unit under. All electrics and plumbing were renewed in 2018, when bathroom and kitchen were fully refurbished.

Radiators are fitted for heating in winter months.

A fully enclosed garden area is available for secluded use, beneath the shade of two olive trees. A washing machine is located in a housing below the stairs that lead from the garden up to the apartment front door.
